RiverTied — Terms of Sale & Website Use (updated October 26, 2026). RiverTied sells hand-tied fishing flies and fly-tying materials through rivertied.com. The current shop contains RiverTied-owned inventory. An application to become an independent fly tier is not an offer to purchase unapproved third-party merchandise.

Hand-tied patterns and natural or pre-owned tying materials can show small variations described in their listings. Product details, displayed sizes, colors, grades, quantities, availability, and U.S. dollar prices may change until an order is placed. You must choose an available product variation and quantity. RiverTied may decline or cancel an order if merchandise is unavailable, a material pricing error occurred, or payment cannot be confirmed, providing required refunds and notices.

Checkout securely processes payment through the payment method selected at checkout, including PayPal where available. PayPal or the connected provider handles payment credentials; RiverTied receives order, contact, delivery and payment-status information needed to fulfill the sale. Applicable shipping charges and destination-based sales tax are shown before you pay.

In-stock orders generally ship to U.S. addresses within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, excluding holidays; shipping transit time is additional. Standard U.S. shipping costs $4.95 on qualifying merchandise orders under $50; standard shipping is free on qualifying merchandise orders of $50 or more. Additional services or special items may have separately shown terms. If fulfillment is delayed, RiverTied will provide legally required notices and remedies.

Hand-tied flies and fly-tying materials are generally final sale for change-of-mind returns or customer selection errors, except where law requires otherwise. For damaged, defective, misdescribed, or incorrect materials, RiverTied will replace the affected item with an identical in-stock item when available, subject to applicable consumer rights. Where inventory is unique or the exact item is unavailable, we will try to offer a comparable material from current stock, with no substitution shipped without your approval. If no acceptable replacement is available, we will arrange an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy. Contact RiverTied promptly with your order number and details. Fishing results, access conditions, and any educational content or mentoring introductions are not guaranteed. Do not use the site to submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.
