Photo permission and submission rules
By submitting a photo, you grant RiverTied a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, publish, crop, edit, adapt, and use the photo and your submitted catch story in RiverTied websites, social channels, promotions, paid advertisements, print materials, and merchandise, without further compensation or approval, to the extent permitted by law. You retain ownership of your original photo.
RiverTied decides whether and where a submission is used and can remove it. Your real name, contact details, and precise location are not published unless you separately choose to make your credit name visible. Permission from identifiable people in the photo is your responsibility. You may request removal by contacting RiverTied; prior uses may not be fully recallable, subject to applicable law.
Photographers must be adults or have a parent/guardian submit on their behalf. Do not submit photos that violate anyone's privacy or rights. This consent is separate from newsletter marketing permission.
All catches are reviewed. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may contact you through your RiverTied member account if clarification is needed.
